Winter Weddings

With less than one month away from the Christmas holiday many are still recovering from Thanksgiving feasts and Black Friday sales. For brides who have chosen a Winter themed wedding all of the last minute details have to be finalized and decisions made concerning a cashmere wrap or winter white fur. Last month this Chicago couple tied the knot and brought a unique version of a sophisticated Winter Wedding (http://www.stylemepretty.com/2012/10/02/chicago-winter-wedding-from-life-on-prints-hello-darling/). If you are leaning towards a warm faux fur wrap why not extend this classic fashion statement with your flower girls. If you prefer handmade, Etsy always delivers quality items that fit any budget (http://www.etsy.com/listing/79977300/recycled-white-fox-fur-earmuff-with ref=sr_gallery_14&ga_search_query=earmuffs&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_ship_to=US&ga_search_type=all&ga_includes%5B%5D=tags). Amazon.com has a cute and affordable pair that can be dressed up with Swarovski crystals on the band (http://www.amazon.com/White-Slightly-Off-White-Fox-Muffs/dp/B000AC88NE/ref=sr_1_1?s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1354129311&sr=1-1).
If you are attending a winter wedding consider creating a customized  basket as a gift for the happy couple using the colors of the wedding and favorite winter items that the couple can enjoy upon the return from their honeymoon. I have just discovered white chocolate covered Oreo's that are available for a limited time. Paired with a smooth and creamy Godiva hot chocolate (sipped from matching coffee mugs no doubt), the pair will always remember this heart and heat rising gift for years to come!

Over A Year

I cannot believe it has been over a year since I posted a single message! I say Tsk! Tsk! Tsk! to myself for giving up on my dream and allowing normalcy to rule my thinking and actions. In order to be successful I have to embrace my uniqueness, go against the grain, and step out on faith. I am back and I promise to bring my passion for weddings to this blog. Our dreams have a way of showing up again and again until we give full credence to their existence and share it with the world.

I give you my passion, my dreams, my life. I give you...S.N.O. B.B. Bride!
